The Sole Guardian Loyalty Program rewards our community for every purchase, review, referral, and engagement. Free to join. Points never expire as long as your account is active (12 months no activity = point forfeiture).

5. Program Rules

  • Points Balance: View in Account → Loyalty or email loyalty@zillykick.com
  • Point Expiry: 12 months of account inactivity (no purchases, logins, engagement)
  • Non-Transferable: Points cannot be transferred, sold, or combined across accounts
  • No Cash Value: Points have no monetary value outside the program
  • Tier Downgrade: Annual review; if below threshold, move down one tier (points retained)
  • Fraud: Abuse (fake reviews, self-referrals, bots) = permanent ban + point forfeiture
  • Program Changes: We may modify tiers, earn rates, or rewards with 30 days notice via email
  • Termination: We may end program with 60 days notice; points redeemable until end date
