Returns Center

Need to return or exchange something? We make it easy. Follow the steps below.

Before You Start

  • Return Window: 60 days for sneaker care (unopened or ≤20% used with original packaging), 30 days for footwear/apparel/accessories (unworn, tags attached, original box for shoes)
  • Final Sale Items: Limited editions, collabs, clearance, mystery boxes, gift cards, opened aerosols (hazmat), personalized items — cannot be returned
  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: Full refund + free return shipping. Report within 7 days with photos to support@zillykick.com
  • International Orders: Customer pays return shipping & duties. Refund = item value only.

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

Email returns@zillykick.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Email on account
  3. Item(s) to return
  4. Reason (wrong size, changed mind, defective, etc.)
  5. Photo if defective/damaged

We'll reply within 24 hours with an RMA number and prepaid return label (US domestic only).

Step 2: Pack Your Return

  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Footwear: shoe box inside shipper box (double-boxed)
  • Sneaker care kits: original mailer box with inserts
  • Include all accessories (extra laces, brushes, shoe trees, etc.)
  • Do NOT write on shoe boxes — use the outer shipper box for labels

Step 3: Ship It

  • Drop off at authorized carrier location (USPS/UPS per label)
  • Keep your drop-off receipt with tracking number
  • Returns typically arrive in 5-10 business days

Step 4: Get Your Refund

  • Processed within 5-7 business days of warehouse receipt
  • Refunded to original payment method (store credit available on request)
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable unless error on our part
  • Gift cards refunded as store credit

Exchanges

  • Same SKU (size/color): Free return label + free reship (US only)
  • Different product: Process as return + place new order
  • Exchanges subject to stock availability — we'll notify if OOS
