• No, we only ship inside the United States from our US-based Partner fulfillment centers.

6. Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking email sent when label is created (check spam folder)
• The tracking updates within 24 hrs of scan
• Lost/Damaged in transit: File claim within 30 days of ship date — we'll replace or refund

7. Delivery Issues

• Wrong Address: If returned for insufficient address, we'll contact you. Re-ship fee: $5.95.
• Refused/Unclaimed: Returned to us = refund minus original shipping + 15% restocking fee
• Weather/Carrier Delays: Not liable for carrier delays beyond our control

8. Packaging
