Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays)
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same business day (excluding pre-orders & custom items)
  • Pre-orders / Limited Drops: Ship date listed on product page; you'll receive email updates if dates shift
  • Order Changes: Contact us within 1 hour of placing order — after that, we can't guarantee changes/cancellations

2. Shipping Methods & Rates (USA)

Rates apply to contiguous 48 states. AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, and territories incur surcharges — calculated at checkout.

3. Free Shipping

  • Free USPS Priority Mail on orders $75+ (after discounts, before tax/shipping)
  • Loyalty Program members (Sole Guardian tier+) get free shipping on all orders — see Loyalty Program

4. International Shipping

  • We ship to Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Japan.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via UPS/Asendia — duties & taxes collected at checkout
  • Delivery: 10–12 business days (customs clearance may add time)
  • Restricted Items: Aerosol cleaners (foam spray) cannot ship internationally via air — ground/sea only, or omitted from intl orders

5. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking email sent when label is created (check spam folder)
  • USPS/UPS tracking updates within 24 hrs of scan
  • Signature Required: Orders 00+ require adult signature (cannot be waived)
  • Lost/Damaged in transit: File claim within 30 days of ship date — we'll replace or refund

6. Delivery Issues

  • Wrong Address: If returned for insufficient address, we'll contact you. Re-ship fee: $5.95 (or actual cost if intl)
  • Refused/Unclaimed: Returned to us = refund minus original shipping + 15% restocking fee
  • Weather/Carrier Delays: Not liable for carrier delays beyond our control

7. Packaging

  • Sneaker care kits: Branded recyclable mailer boxes with protective inserts
  • Footwear: Double-boxed in original shoe box + outer shipper box
  • Apparel/Accessories: Poly mailers (recycled content) or boxes based on size
  • Gift packaging available at checkout (.99)
